Practice
What time can I check in at the hotel?
We look forward to welcoming you at a time that suits you. Rooms are available from 4:00 PM. If you arrive early, we’ll be happy to store your luggage safely and provide you with access to our cloakrooms.
What time should we leave?
Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. at the latest. Depending on availability, we will be happy to accommodate your needs regarding this time. Our valet team is also available to assist you with your luggage.
Can I buy my ski passes and rent my equipment right at the hotel?
Le M de Megève a partnership with a ski rental shop located just 200 meters from the hotel. Our concierge team is available to help you arrange your equipment rental and ski passes.
Is it possible to book ski lessons through the hotel?
Absolutely. Our concierge team is at your service to help you arrange your ski lessons and all the activities for your stay.
Are pets allowed?
Your pets are welcome at M de Megève. Dogs are allowed for a fee of €25 per night. This fee is, of course, waived for service dogs.
Is the visitor's tax included?
The visitor's tax is €3.50 per adult per night.
How do I get to le M de Megève
The facility is accessible by car from the northwest via the A6 and A40 highways, by train from the stations in Sallanches, Albertville, Bellegarde, or Geneva, and by plane from the international airports in Geneva, Chambéry, or Lyon-Saint-Exupéry.
Are children allowed in the wellness area?
Children are welcome in our wellness area until 4 p.m. to help maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere at the end of the day.

During the winter season, the American-style breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Room service breakfast is available from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. During the summer season, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, both in the dining room and in your room.
What are the bar's hours?
The bar at M de Megève open daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Do you offer gluten-free and vegetarian options?
Yes, our team offers gluten-free options as well as vegetarian alternatives to accommodate everyone’s preferences and dietary needs.
