What time can I arrive?

We will be happy to welcome you at the time of your choice. Our rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 4:00 pm. In case of early arrival, we will be happy to keep your luggage safe. Also, our locker rooms are at your disposal.

At what time must the room be vacated?

Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 noon. We are at your disposal to adapt this schedule according to your needs and our availability. Our valets will keep your luggage safe in case of need.

Can I rent or buy my ski passes and rent my ski equipment at the hotel?

We have a partnership with a ski rental company located 200 meters from the hotel, at the departure of the cable cars. The concierge service delivers your ski passes on request.

Can I book ski lessons directly at the hotel?

The concierge service is at your disposal for all reservation requests during your stay

Are pets allowed? And what about assistance dogs?

Your pets are welcome in the establishment (€)

We accept all dogs at a cost of €25/night, and offer this supplement for assistance dogs.

Is there a tourist tax to pay?

The tax is 2,50€ per person per night

How to get to the hotel?

By car, from the North-West with the A6 and A40 freeways - by train, from the train stations of Sallanches, Albertville, Bellegarde, Geneva - by plane from the International airport of Geneva, Chambéry and Lyon Saint-Exupéry airports

Does the hotel have a parking lot?

Yes, a private covered parking is at your disposal (€), as well as a valet parking.

I have an electric vehicle. Does the M have charging stations?

The hotel has a universal terminal for electric vehicles.

I have a Tesla vehicle, can I charge my vehicle in the hotel parking lot?

2 ultra fast Tesla charging stations are available for your Tesla vehicles

Do you have a concierge service?

A concierge service is available to help you organize your stay, purchase tickets and make reservations, car rental, laundry service...

What are the basic amenities of the rooms?

All our rooms are equipped with a safe, a mini bar, a flat screen TV, a kettle and a hair dryer.

Does the hotel have PRM access?

Yes, a PMR access has been installed, and we also have PMR rooms

Until what time can we have dinner at the hotel?

The M restaurant is open from 7pm to 10:30pm. Room service is available 24 hours a day

Until what time is breakfast served?

The American buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.

Breakfast in your room is served from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm.

What are the hours of the bar and restaurants?

The bar is open from 10am to 11pm.

Can we book our stay in half-board?

We will be pleased to offer you our stays including half-board. Our reservation department is at your disposal.
